Reservation confirmations will be sent during office hours 9am-6pm.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit secures a reservation.
All cancellations will be subject to a $20 processing fee.
Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to the reservation date will forfeit the deposit. (one night reservations will be charged the full room rate).
A 7 day policy applies during holidays and special events, including football games. A 14 day policy applies when the reservation is for 4 or more nights or for multiple rooms.
Failure to give notice for a cancellation will result in FULL charge of the reservation. We do not accept cancellations by email.
